from where u have derived this formula:
Vout(min)=-Vee Rl / Rl +Re
During the negative peak of the output, the current Ic flows from ground, through RL, then RE (as the current coming from the emitter is zero) and lastly thru VEE. By applying KCL at the output node and the doing some manipulation, you can get the said relation.
