I tried looking at chapter 6 but the page comes up as exceed bandwidth and will not let me see the material. How can I overcome this so I can see the material?

Hm... I can only openchapters 1+2, after that "user Account Excceded Bandwidth - This account is not valid." appears... what can I do to overcome this?
